Dogs on Thursday!!

So...before my surgery I had started knitting outside near the fire pit while hanging out with the doggies. They are pretty funny out there and it's been really nice out. I've been trying to get some audio for my podcast of Jackjack barking or talking...he does talk and I had this opportunity so I videotaped this with my phone. :) Abigail is my girl who only barks when she feels the need to. She howls when the sirens go by though and it's so cute. She does like to bit at Jackjack to tell him to stop. I'll try to get that next time too. Enjoy the movie.

PS...I will pick a winner for the contest tonight. I think I've decided there will be more than one winner just have to find the prizes. :) Thank you though for participating!!

Edit: By the way that is the tree that the raccoon lives in. Haven't seem him lately but Special K finally did. He agreed he is huge but leaves the dogs alone so that is a good thing!!

  1. Happy Dogs on Thursday! I'll have to listen over the weekend... you know my no speakers at work issue! :) Zeus sings... only when you have something he really wants though!

  3. OMG!!! I played the video with Sunny lying at my feet under the desk and Jackson at my side head-butting my arm. Beau was asleep on his bed. As soon as Abigail started to bark, Sunny growled. Jackson started to bark and Beau was 'howl-woofing' with them.....total bedlum, here. Too funny!

I played the viedo with the speakers up and Elise sprung up from her nap and started running around looking to see who was barking, the started to do her half howl, half basset singing thing she does when she is talking tto the neighbors beagle!
    It was soooo funny!
Happy DOT and Happy Valentines Day!
I am glad you are feeling a little better.
Give the dogs hugs for me and Elise!

  8. Abby and Jack are so cute - they always look like such great pals. Frisky goes nuts over the barking too - makes it even more fun to play the video ;)

  10. i love dogs that sing to the sirens. a few years we were visiting my mom and were outside with the dogs and the neighbor dog was also out. some sirens started, and Payton, mom's Shilo, and the neighbor dog all got into a 3-part harmony with them. It was the coolest thing! Payton has a very cute woo-woo-woof or woof-woo-woo bark when his daddy is tormenting him, but our kids really don't talk too mcuh.
